Who is the Liberty Government?

Would it really have been that hard to approach the people (whom you obviously know of) on skype to talk about it instead of posting this to the forums to make Libgov look like the bad guys or something?

I had tried. Asked Max two weeks ago about it. He simply said "I'll ask" at the end of a heated discussion as to why I shouldn't be in it, thus already discrediting any other bodies of DSE). This is why bring it here. I even offered Widow to enter and simply got "I'll look into it" Generally, in Max terms that's "I'll put it at the bottom of my care pile" In getting absolutely no response, I assumed that we're not welcome.

Just because The Liberty Navy [LN] is the most visible group enforcing "Government Policy" in game, does not mean that we take any more a leading role in policy decisions than any other group that makes up "Lib Gov"

I beg to differ, the reason being that if the oorp group is designed to be non-faction affiliated characters, then why was it under Joes rule that it was highly encouraged that all of us as players made the decisions on such matters.

Now it's simply put that most are lazy and it's left for [LN] to pick up the slack.

I never post anything on behalf of the Liberty Navy [LN] that could effect overall Libertonian Diplomacy, without first consulting other relevant members of the "Liberty Government". (Ex: Why would the Navy talk to corporate reps about defense policy.)

When I maintained the bounty board, It was consistent and almost weekly. I did that as part of the Governments finance or internal treasury character. Why is now that it's perceived as "Oh, you're in DSE), you have no idea about policies and diplomacy nor national security"?

As for your notion about bringing others into Lib Gov and widening the "representative body" so to speak, we do that all the time.

As for the idea of allowing unofficial groups anywhere near official policy, diplomacy, or decision making that guides the "future of Liberty" -- No, just no.

Platinum| is a highly endorsed and well maintained faction who represents the mining division of DSE. Why in gods name would I even consider suggesting that members of CGS be involved? I was referring to professional Liberty Lawful factions who are well established. Platinum| deal with a load more international relations than we do (As well as a cool headed leadership)
Why is it so hard to consider that because these guys cannot get official they should be instantly discarded? Example only.
