These days, might want to bump GJ down to Positive Neutral. Could change depending on the ID changes and player efforts in 4.87.
Rheinland seems good as is (both lawful and unlawful). The lawfuls will probably slide towards Positive Neutral (and Kusari towards friendly) in 4.87. ALG might already be there. (Seems Pavel covered this)
I'd suggest bumping UC up to Negative Neutral, probably the Mollys too (at least the [M], in fairness you do get indies siding with Bretonia).
Hogosha are fine, as are Rogues, Hackers and Xenos. Hellfire could be bumped to full hostile since they've fought GRN| directly in Cortez and Magellan in the past.
IND, OSI and to a lesser extent Phoenix all have trading rights in Gallia so could be bumped up to one of the Neutrals. TAZ could be bumped down to Hostile because of the past mess and their efforts to make a CR/C/TAZ triumvirate against Gallia in the Barrier Pass.
The GC are fine where they are, being good friends of Bretonia (and Liberty, somewhat) and the Outcasts but not really being big enough for At War.
The Liberty Corps would probably be fine as Hostile, although the "trans-Sirius" groups - Cryer, OS&C and Synth - would probably just be unfriendly. I know for a fact that Cryer get on ok with Gallia. You've also missed Interspace which would likely be in the same place as Cryer etc. LPI is iffy, being 'less patriotic' than the BPA who are fully against Gallia - Hostile is probably fine for them too.
I'd suggest putting the SCRA and Coalition as just one entity, and probably fully At War too.
Nomads is a tricky one too, depending on how happy you lot are with Fallen Grace or at least Show & Tell after getting rid of its instigator (Jeremy) and total hater (Murphy). Even just lack of interaction or proximity would probably put them to Hostile instead of At War.
Ones you've missed:
GMG, probably Negative Neutral (and you appear to have noticed this yourself).
MND, BIS and KPT could be added in the same place as their house lawful enforcers.
Privateers, in with BAF.
