Pharmaceutical development is very dependant on perpetual research in to organic life, plants, animals and friends. Hence our obsessions with alien organisms, cardamine, nomads, gaia, carlisle, etc and so forth. All those new planets are just waiting to perform their duty for Cryer and furnish it with many new profitable patented drugs.
