Comrades!
Today I lead a small squadron into Liberty. Our goal was to deal damage and pull out to remind the Libertonians, which brute force could knock at their door any time.
Not very suprisingly we got a defense fleet in the New York system. What was suprising thou, was that they seem to have been waiting for us at the Jump Gate. It looked like they knew what was coming. Maybe we have a spy in our lines or they have scanner systems that we are unfamiliar with.
However quickly 2 Reaver Mercenaries jumped into the fight. I was quite astonished as they chose not to put a nail in our coffin, but rather help us out.
I used the distraction to pull out after my wingmans ship was destroyed. Luckily I could secure his pod.
However due to the positioning of the enemy fleet I was forced to fly to Colorado. To get rid of my pursuers I took the path through Kepler to Kusari. I managed to lose them there.
On the way back to the Omegas however I met and Omicron Supply Industry transport. We decided to fly together and a nice little talk, also regarding the current situation with Planet Gran Canaria.
It seems like the Zoner wont take the Corsair aggression any longer. We need to make sure they know where to ask for help.
After that I managed to get comrade Guofeng back to Zvedzny.
