Sadly, this is in flood and totally not happening....
But I would consider flying around as an indie if there was a COMPLETE wipe of everything. Give the base owners a bit of a reprieve (maybe a week) of no supply runs....
Simply put it would restore the balance. Keep the active SRPs, but everything else wiped. People would once again cherish what they have.
Power does not corrupt. Fear corrupts... perhaps the fear of a loss of power.
