You don't need a wipe for that...
I myself keep one-two characters, barely use /gcash and have no trader or miner character.
Times-to times I delete all of them and start once over again.

The only thing that is valuable is the name of your character, which hold some ammount of history and attitude toward it, but name is the thing you are about to re-store easily.
