Question about MND/BDM

I wonder, why the BDM faction don't have a wiki page. I would be willing, to create one, if realy none exists.

I compare the MND with the BND (Bundesnachrichtendienst) in real life, but there are some small differences. I know much about it and i think, more informations would make it more interesting.
But first of all, i would like to know the following things:

- Wasn't the MND even a own official faction? If jes, what happend with it?
- The MND consists of several departments. Is the BDM one of it?
- Is the BDM the head of the MND?
- If the BDM takes the lead of the MND, wich department is responsible for the execution of missions?
