On topic, yeah, I quite like this but I somehow doubt it's possible to make cargo take up different amounts of space depending on the ship.

Inrp lobbying for law changes might be a better idea....as Hone mentioned, carrying passengers in a non-liner is currently legal in all houses.

(note: some infocard mentions cargo pods made for transporting passengers.....would love to actually see some with windows)
