Starting From Scratch

Hey all, well it's been a few says sense i registered here and during those days (More less a day and a half) I've had to reformat my computer and reinstall everything i have. It's taking me a few days but I'm working on it, but thats not what I'm here for right now...

I was banned from the Descovery server New jersy because i had let the stress of being PvP'ed un willingly by a pirate by the name of Black_beard, and i was using vulgarity while talking to D-NJ Gramps, witch is completely understandable and respectable, because i was out of line. But with every server i have been too it always comes back to bite me right in the butt, because even though this is a PvP game online i feel those who wish not to par-take in PvP's should be respected and NOT! pvp'ed but the key word is "SHOULD" i was in no REAL faction but the NPC faction known as "Wild" and a player by the name of Carnivor was helping me kill some NPC's and to help me try to get some credits for a better ship instead of the wraith i was piloting....

Well long story short, the player black_beard was making me very frustrated with such an attitude of the "King-Sh*t" Type, i know that there was a bounty out for carnivor but i didn't see why i had to be attacked, i wasn't going to shoot the guy, and i polightly asked him to stop shooting me and let me go through to omega 5 i think, but the guy didn't listen despite me asking him VERY polightly he kept fireing at me and then kept it going to the point that it became a "Pissing Contest" with his "I'm better then you haha" attitude, i strongly think that there is NO NEED for such attitudes but theres nothing i can do...

I asked him whats his problem and he said "RED IS DEAD" i asked him to please let me go through and he said "WHATS READ IS DEAD! go to another system or pay with your life" i mean i tried being nice and asking the guy to knock it off but in the end i lost all my 37 Bounty hunter pilots 10 addition pilots that i don't remember what they where and i am pretty sure i lost quite a lot of credits, and that caused me to just go a-ry i didn't mean too but the stress of being totally snuffed like that when you know your chances agains't a battle ship and your in a wraith witch is a heavy fighter? with no mad weapons is kinda hard when you got a ship that has poor menuvering ability's..

But i ask if i can be unbanned to try and restart over and get back on the right track with the server. All i ask is to just have fun, so can i please get a chance to fix things?
