After receiving this transmission, I took it upon myself to confirm the information that was given. In short, the transmission sent by Ashley Harper of the Zoner explorer group known as the Solar Runners, showed damning evidence that the Zoner Alliance group had captured and taken LSF Pilots into their base. I flew to the Omicron 74 System and scanned the Zoner Guard-74 Station. The result was this. LSF agents are being held by the [ZA] and it is my immediate recommendation that we send an ultimatum to the Zoner Alliance to secure the release of these agents and demand an explanation of why they were captured in the first place. It is entirely likely that they may have been 'rescued' by the [ZA] after an ion storm, but given the Zoner Alliance's track record, I doubt that.

We have also confirmed through our Zoner intelligence assets that the station Zoner Guard-74 is owned and operated by David Dvir, whom reports suggest has returned to the [ZA]. Zoner Alliance ships have been spotted supplying the base.
