Should there be more unique ships?

Appologies for the double post, but I just thought of this:

Dollars to doughnuts says if I SRP'd a Raven Claw with four Black Widows and four Suntigers along with a terrorist ID, I'd probably not get it because I didn't spend damn near every day of my Disco career writing every little mundane trait and story of the character in question. Or because a lot of the admins nowadays would go, "Who the hell are you?"

Because I was too busy playing the game and making an impact within the actual mod itself. I felt like I had breathed a little bit of life into the XA. I had single handedly raised the Phantoms' active time to tolerable levels. I didn't just lolengage all that I saw and play the typical, "TRADER MUAHAHAHAAH" *Pew* that most had seen of the Phantoms. I actually incorporated rationality and an agenda into what everyone saw as the most abused ID of them all.

Now if I did request a special fighter, ID, and guns to boot, would anyone be willing to do the work for that? Would someone take the time to try and work with me to see how this works out and whether or not it will make it into a mod that updates every three years?

Jinx is a modeler. Zelot was a dev. PSIBorg was an OLD member. These were special circumstances that people can't seem to see through. And I'm sorry, Narcotic, but you getting the Necrosis was cheese. Nothing against you, but that ship and the RP you submitted for it, although lengthy, was an import and it just looks fishy to see it given under those circumstances when we tried the same thing and were slapped into the damn dirt.

I see favoritism in all of these. And it'll be hard to make me see otherwise when you compare names to what they get and how they get them.
