We lay giant Cleveland Steamers all over old factions precisely beacuse they are old; the Phantoms and the Reapers come from the earliest days of Disco when Techcharts and tech permissions and roleplay were still a year or more in this server's future, when pvp with a dash of roleplay was the status quo, and it was dead easy to get a non-lore faction included in the mod.
And as the server changed, some of these old factions didn't.
The Reapers are anachronisms from an older time, dinosaurs with no place in the Modern Discovery roleplay.

On an aside, can I have a phantom id and ship, or is that discouraged around here?

People say I'm too serious for flood, but fail to realize that I act like the rest of the forums are flood
Also, I'm planning on actually submitting a SRP for phoom ID. cuse im cool and have 250mil cr to wast, np
