Should there be more unique ships?

Appologies for the double post, but I just thought of this:

Dollars to doughnuts says if I SRP'd a Raven Claw with four Black Widows and four Suntigers along with a terrorist ID, I'd probably not get it because I didn't spend damn near every day of my Disco career writing every little mundane trait and story of the character in question. Or because a lot of the admins nowadays would go, "Who the hell are you?"

Because I was too busy playing the game and making an impact within the actual mod itself. I felt like I had breathed a little bit of life into the XA. I had single handedly raised the Phantoms' active time to tolerable levels.

This is post full of win.
Some people (me inclusive) dislike to type long stories in the forum, I just prefer to play the game. So giving the unique ships to people that write stuff mostly and are rarely in game actually is not good thing.
The best solution is to put the said unique ships into the activity tracker with certain hours attached to them.
I also disapprove unique ships given to persons. All of them should belong to groups and factions so when one leaves the faction can carry on with the ship, if the ship does not do the required activity it gets removed permanently.
I also find quite stupid the Idea of bringing the Necrosis back under other RP, if the same RP and story is carried on I would love see it around.
Also most of the official factions should receive one unique ship as faction flagship as well.

Official faction players that are often accused of elitism, never deploy them and have those weird, immersion killing "fair fight/dueling" suicidal hobbies. (yes, i've seen enough of those lolduels, where house military with overwhelming force on the field willingly loses a pilot in a duel. ffs.)
