The server needs a strong admin team, willing to take the heat for all the problems. They need to be willing to sacrifice time out of their day, to ensure all is well. It's never going to be a simple task, nor will it be really a.. well, desired task. For it's a job, a responsibility. But as the name pool shows, those people are willing to sacrifice their time, for the benefit of the server.

Being a king is no honor. It is a curse, a blight. But there must be someone there to lead the troops, there must be someone there to give moral, and hope to the people.
