Glass you speak wise words, but you forget some things. For example 2 on the list you meantion are rule violators. They both know who i mean, 1 did contact me why i didn't say he would be a good admin. Im pretty sure he might be, but as many say things what happened in the past projects how someone is in the future. Not only that but how he for example justified himself by telling that some admins he knows does it too but on a more higher scale. This only provokes people (mostly vets as they see it during a longer timeperiod) to break rules more and more often. As why should players keep to the rules as the ones who enforce them do not hold to them neither?

Also rules like FR5 are useless. As i did meantion before it ONLY consumes time and the players can easy laugh at the admins who TRY to endorse an FR5 and the player can easy rep it back within the game mechanics (bars for example with bribes).

So what does Admins need to do? Keep to the rules and enforce rules which CAN BE enforced to the players. Admin breaks a rule its should have the SAME punishment as an player. But now it end up in some graveyard and none cares. Yet players are sanctioned for much more less violations and some are even false.

Before someone tells conspiracy, sadly i wished this was different. Because then the server would be more enjoyable.
