I would do a low level format of the card, take a whole bunch of worthless and meaningless photos and see what you get when trying to pull the photos off. If it works then it was a fluke. If they come up corrupt, try a new CF card and see if you get the same result, if so it is the camera and not the card, if not then toss that card.
