[Alcatraz Liberty Rogues]

Overview of the Rogues:

The Rogues are notoriously the least organized and developed crime society all over Sirius - the reality is, that the Rogues have more hidden outposts and have more advanced ships than anyone would expect. The group officially fights for the freedom of Liberty, but LSF officials disseminate that most of them fight and rob trade convoys because this is the only way for them to survive - however, no one, except the Liberty Rogues themselves know their true goal.

The Alcatraz Liberty Rogues:

The Alcatraz Liberty Rogues are a group of Rogues who are devoted to utterly crushing Liberty Lawful forces in order to maintain Anarchy in California, and Liberty in general. Their activities include waking up, brushing their teeth, destruction of Liberty Lawfuls, Smuggling contraband, smoking Synthetic Marijuana and eating AFC (Alcatraz Fried Chicken). Their pirating methods are fierce, often holding hostages in exchange for a bigger pay. They believe that Pirates should help each other in unity, hence why they are often warming towards Independent Pirates, Outcasts, Lane Hackers and other Liberty Rogues. They're also known to be lax on foreign pirate Capitals, often requesting their help in order to dominate over Liberty Lawful Capitals, most notably those originating from Rheinland House. However, if the capitals abuse the hospitality the ALR are quick to punish them. Since the ALR is largely represented by the Californian/New Yorker unemployed, their ire often falls upon the cooperate giants and the military industrial complex that secures them. Their tactics are suicidal, their raids brief. ALR's will often permit themselves to be detained if combat appears negative and escape unlikely, only to resist arrest upon their arrival at the relevant Libertonian detention centre.

Objectives of the ALR|:

Primary: Creating and maintaining anarchy within California; Destruction of Liberty Lawful forces, so that pirate influence may thrive.
Secondary: Maintain and protect Contraband trade between Liberty, Bretonia and Coronado.

Ranking Structure:

The Alcatraz Liberty Rogues act like a gang. They have adopted a similar structure as such.
Gang-Boss: Top of the group, he finalizes decisions and is responsible for leading his gang.
Underbosses: These contain the Contraband-Boss, who oversees the trade of things such as Cardamine. The Recruitment-Boss who oversees the recruitment of potential members. And finally the Communications-Boss who gathers intelligence and who handles trans-Sirian matters.
Usage of tech is relaxed, with the ALR| following the "If you can pay for it you can have it" mentality.
