Actually that's well thought out. When it first hit the streets celebs literally went crazy over the Prius. Why? Because it wasn't a car as much as it was statement. "Look at me driving this ugly piece of crap and saving the planet" . So especially in California the same people who drove Lambos bought Toyatas...
