1 problem: only for factions is elitism, and all factions have bs only for high ranks.

2 problem: what pc faction make when someone buy bs without permission?kill him? and what then? he leave home system and stay in other system.

3 problem: the same as problem 2. what you make when someone buy bs.

4 one of the best idea,but make bs as equipment,that you will be able to buy one only with full guard rep.(as ID) and that can solve problems with reputation,because when you make lot of missions,your enemies are in red.

5 problem: when someone rade 2 weeks for bs,he will trade another 2 for have enough money

6 problem: it was fine before group of cap whores start ruin fun from game for other players.

7 problem: more bs? more cap fights? still is bigger funny fight in small ship as in bs.

so my opinion is move them to guard systems, and sell them only if player has full guard reputation.
