Natio Octavarium thing does not exist in Sirius. If it does not exist you cannot have it written in the Rules (your ID).

There are a number of NO- tagged ships. The only reason I haven't posted the Natio Octavarium post is because we're waiting on confirmation from Liberty that they recognize us (oh, yes, we've been RPing the heck out of that, if you haven't noticed). If our lack of an official post for Natio Octavarium makes you believe it's not a thing, then I'll be happy to clean up the draft and throw it on the forums.

Care to explain how this would work with in-game terms? I kinda doubt it. None is required to read the comm channel frequently in order to follow your RP, good idea is if you want to be official to post the proper links here so people can read it if they want.
VR ship declares certain space as Natio Octavarium space, the VR ID says:

- Can attack any ship that is hostile to them within the guidelines of the rules.
- Can raid systems claimed by factions and houses hostile to them. Vagrantly.
-Can enforce the laws of Natio Octavarium within its space.
-Can demand cargo and credits from ships inside Natio Octavarium space and ships belonging to hostile factions, and attack them if they do not comply.

According to this and your vague explanation what the said Natio Octavarium thing is and where it exists except in your heads the proposed VR ID is perfect copy of the Terrorist ID. Natio Octavarium could be everywhere if you say so. One faction should not have the right to claim stuff like that. What gives you the right to clam stuff?`What if the said Natio Octavarium happens to be populated by other factions that does not have Terrorist ID like lines in their IDs?
There are already tons of active official factions that does not have this right since they are tied with some lore or background story.
