For your info, Govedo, Kansas is not populated by anyone, and that would be our only full system claim. Interest on Humboldt is there only because it would be an access to our home.

I am not able to determinate yet what you want to do actually- cover with nice RP story some PvP at will thing or you really try to do something new and fresh without checking the limits of the system. I really hope for the second that's why I bother to type this stuff.
Still in my opinion is that the best way to create your own mini house is to re-activate some dead faction and change its RP route instead of creating brand new thing that is hard to fit in.

Answering to feedback is one thing, and Kaz and Thex are doing it excellently, but you are acting like convincing you is paramount to the existence of the faction. Last time I checked, this was not true. Should you spend some time taking a look at our RP around Disco, you'd quickly find that we're not the kind of players that want an excuse for pewpew - as if there aren't enough already. And no, re-activating another faction is not a viable option, because guess what? We're not that other faction.
Do you really want to see where the VR will go? Then stop monopolizing the feedback and have a little faith in the admins: they're the ones that have to decide if we're trying to bend the rules or not.
