Sir, it is YOU who have fabricated a tale out of thin air to justify the theft and/or illegal use of a Kusaran captial ship;

it is YOU who has claimed to be a "pensioned" officer of KNF, when KNF has in fact never heard of you;

and, it is YOU who has shown complete disregard for the existing authority and leadership of Kusari's Naval Fleet.

My honored successor has taken the correct political and diplomatic stance regarding your outrageous and rebellious behavior. The Bretonians will deal with you very ably. If you enter Kusari, you will be shunned.

Be greatful for Sulu Taichou's compassion. If I were still Admiral, I would merely hunt you down like a dog.
