Restrictions on capital ship use

Yeah... Joe is right in page one. Along with Bulldog. I think the majority of us at least have a cruiser already. If we wanted to control this, all accounts its seems would have to get wiped to make a fresh slate of RP, else everybody will just be the same as they are now, saying, "I'm not going to delete my BS for you." OORP conflicts insue, etc. etc... And Bulldog for the fact that certain power-hungry people I think just want more control over the little man.

I'm torn between "Leave it" and "Guard systems"... I think I picked Guard systems though because that wouldn't effect most of us Disco Vets; but I honestly can't remember which I clicked. I don't think making them more expensive is a solution, simply because that would only lead people to trade longer and whatnot. In the end, they'll get what they want. If they're in Guard systems that pretty much forces them to get a tag with that faction, and then some... And the Rheinland BS is already almost 1 billion. 1.8 is the corruption cap if I'm not wrong, and if you make anything much more expensive... Well, you know.

I think that's all my thoughts for now... I may edit or post again if I think of anything else.
