Restrictions on capital ship use

Eh heh... If you want to scroll through a list of probably 100 some + ships larger than a GB on the Battlestar, you have fun.:PI really don't see that as a plausible solution, and most certainly not RP. I don't think they'd have huge-dewlap scaffolds on their shipyards for just fixing a transport. Maybe building a ship? - but then this would conflict with the Guard system whatnot, which I still see as the best solution. Maybe since the other shipyards produce stuff like the Beatle and Prison Liner, it could still make sense.

I used to have 13 ships before one of my accounts got wiped. I only have 1 cruiser, so the rest are fighters too... But umm... I'll not get off topic.

-Edit- Oh, and lets not have any nonsense ID or license changes for 600 million credits that people like me will be driven mad over because if I try to make a passenger route to that one Orbital city, I'll most likely lag into a planet. I'd probably up and quit if this came about... All I want to do is fly around in my really bad cruiser and have fun. Not sit through countless hours of trading just so I can rightfully fly my ship again. A certain member of my household watched some religious video on some subject matter, ever since then my ping has been through the roof... For everything. It takes 7 seconds to load my home page (Google) and ping for another game is usually 100-6500. Yes, 6500.
