First of all agent Manson, you have my permission to mount Nomad weapons for special purposes and gaining knowledge that would be used to protect Liberty and its people from extraterrestrial threat. I have signed the clearance for your new equipment.

Second. Agent Altaf you have my permission to mount Nomad weapons and acquire a "Virage"(VHF) for the purpose of conducting Special Ops missions and defending the people of Liberty from Foreign Enemies. Director Brand has signed the papers and you may proceed on visiting Kodiak research station to mount your new equipment.


Third. Agent Harkness permission to acquire a "Manta"(VHF) has been granted for purposes none other than defending Liberty and its people from internal threats. Clearance papers have been forwarded to me by your Department Director Jason Booth.

Forth. Agent Hart permission to acquire a 019A "Sekhmet" (Order Bomber) has been granted for purposes none other than defending Liberty and its people from internal threats. Clearance papers have been forwarded to me by your Department Director Jason Booth.

Fifth and foremost. Unauthorized use of the equipment/ships granted is strictly prohibited and punishable by Liberty Security Force regulations. Agents without authorization to use Special equipment will have their ships grounded.
All Agents that have authorization are subject to having all their activities monitored and recorded by high ranking personal and should have no expectation of privacy. Anyone approved for using Special equipment/ships expressedly consents to such monitoring and is subject of having their LSF records terminated if found guilty of violating the rules for Special Equipment use.
