I have said many times, including your faction that there is a better way of doing it without hurting others by stripping it or making it "rare" again. I am against locking, but I'm in favor of restricting it under rp, now its true you can't be on guard all the time, but just as we used to hunt fake kishiro whales I have no problem hunting down nephils.
