No not really, nomad bs would defend only their homes and well see it like this why does VR need an arbiter? arent there freeports enough within sirius? To fly and depart from to do your VR stuff? O wait Zoners it was.. they have more population then many would think.. but are just devided. You try to see Corsairs, outcasts and such as houses, yet they are NOT.

The Metropolis is ONE battleship -- the ONLY Vagrant Raiders battleship -- with literally three and a half years of RP behind it. It's the symbolic home of the faction. Without it existing in-RP, the faction is nothing. There's no symbol holding it together.

Let's see your three year roleplay for a single battleship that should exist in-game to mechanically supplement the in-RP and forum presence.
