I think it's time to fundamentally think over the whole Zoner lore and RP on Discovery. Compare it to Vanilla. Isn't it a bit..bloated? Not to mention highly unrealistic. It's actually a similar issue with the IMG. Smaller, independent organizations of individualists turned into scientific, economic and military juggernauts that match great crime syndicates and entire houses in ressources in power.
