I disagree. There's too much benefit in kicking and screaming / crying / whining in this community, I think we would do a whole lot better with some tough love.

Also Zoners are supposed to be relatively few in numbers, it would be great if players rage-quit Zoners if they can't have caps and go play another faction. Afterall, if they choose a faction because of the ship line up, how much do they really contribute with RP-wise?
