Today I found myself and other Agents of the LSF on a passive patrol, our objective was to collect intelligence of unknown matters to myself and return to New York.
While I shall not reveal any route information, on our patrol we encountered a massive formation of Rheinland Capital Vessels and a variety of fighter forces preparing for deployment into Liberty. The patrol leader had wisely decided to not engage as we were ill-equipped to handle such a threat, so we pressed on with our mission. Apon arrival at our destination, the informant we had originally set out to locate and withdraw intel, was found on a station in the ******** system. High security is in place for our informant and he will continue to relay information to our Agents.
While at this station myself and a fellow Agent aqquired a handful of IR-7 "Raven's Talon" Civilian Very Heavy Fighter, these fighters are well documented and known for their superior accuracy..and felt it was worth the small investment.
On our return journey back to Liberty we encountered the odd pirate, but never engaged. We couldn't risk the enemy recieving reinforcements and losing our lives to not share this Intel with Senior Staff, all hostile contacts were evaded.
Thankfully we are back in Liberty and a second report will be prepared and distributed for your personal records.
