would be helpful if either of those would not remain silent too much - unless they are not interested in the matter.

as - was it prowler? ... or someone else - said... its been a matter for a long time - and unless taz does not want to participate - decisions ( if they are made ) might be made without them.

the above it just a hint - cause there is like no justification for later complaints when the faction did not participate in such a process. - right now the only stance we know of is phoenix' stance by what RedEclipse stated officially.

while it is not absolutely necessary of course - i do remember official factions stating that they wish to be more involved in faction progress more - so, here is the chance.
