Change them into something else. Examples:
Add specific scanner that costs 500m and can be mounted only on Corvo and Reseph, allow it to scan ships and detect stuff at 15k. Remove Corvo heavy slots.
Make Jugg supertransport- 4000 cargo restricted only to Omicrons- 1b price mixture of cruiser and transport guns, cruiser shield and cruiser hull ratings, 1 single cruiser heavy slot, 20 transport gun slots. Lolwuts would kill for such useless thing.
Make the Carrier and Fearless official faction only. Or change the 4 ships in any way that you desire, take the official factions to give you feedback. Actually the lack of natural enemies gives zoner capital ships so many options not to be typical warships but something else.
So everyone would be able to RP its thing.
Killing nephilim is easy as it is now, theres no point of nerfing it to anything - Zoners should have a line of defense for obvious reasons, and from my gathering the Carrier is causing more trouble than the nephilim and being MORE abused - and I find the carrier to be less "valid". I must also point out ; When you are about to change something as this, you are to get the whole evidence for it and not just the ones you find or think is liable, I've heard one hint about me and the others who do use the nephilim correctly but that's just about it ~ Same arguement can go to any other faction with battleships, who also have "lolwuts" abusing it.
