There has always been people who idles on lines, or does not RP.
Rules should be created to stop that, as the server gets full pretty quickly. And even if it didn't, having people just floating around and not playing spoils the ambience. So, it is an important problem..

in your Hook adaptation can you rewrite if for Idle in space? like we have for base camping and Char menu Idle?
