May I ask how the Vagrant Raiders came to have the manpower inrp to take over systems which organizations such as the Rogues or Lane Hackers could not?

Because neither have tried, neither have started making amends to other houses, and neither have decided they wanted to.

We have no intentions to ally with Kusari unless the Blood Dragons come into power.

I've considered removing the other houses from the piracy ZoI but I don't think I'd act upon it unless we got a consensus not to be QQed at for subbing in the Sigmas.

We've made our formal claim over Kansas (which we call New Caledonia). We don't expect anyone to recognize our claim over Humboldt (which we call Victoria), but if they do, hey, that's cool too.

I've heard there's conspiracies against us though, so that means we must be doing something right! (bandit)
