In lore, the outcast used to attacked Freeport 10 in Tau 37, just because they don't like them setting up a base so close to their home. This was before they fully realised the supply potential, that zoners can bring important commodities such as H-fuel. Hence they allowed the DSE to repair Zoner bases and let them live.

Now tell me how does Zoners with an armada of capital ships, rubbing at their face with no intention of bringing any benefits other than bringing mayhem to the Maltese and the Cretan nations will fair?
