Council of dons has been officialy disbandned yet by magic we have a new one - who I gather is not the real one, but a CL one.

Only 3 of the 4 Dons are CL. And it's better than the last council, which was just 101st saying how things were going to be rather than stuff being discussed between them

over-stepping t101st without a solid story that confirm this is outright insane. 101st from my knowledge holds all power

We were given allowance to govern everything /except omicron 85/ by the 101st

causing mayhem and "civil" war betw the outcasts

They started it, not us. They shot our ships a day before CL even camped Corsica yesterday

Because of that, I believe the 101st have a good reason torephack their tagged vessels if they continue to violate their rules.
