I don't think the Junker was in a battleship, "BB gun" refers to a quasi-toy gun used for shooting practice. Its basically harmless, and I think that's why he brought it up. If the Junker was in a battleship and failed to beat up his shields, then we have several completely different problems: first off, demanding cargo, second off, ID says no BS if I remember correctly, and finally why is he mounting justice MK I turrets on a bship?

But yeah, the rules for re-engagement type stuff should be edited for reasonable forces; that would fix the cap-whores from being able to force their way into fighter engagements (fighters could cruise away to debris field and continue it there without having rules quoted at them in miffing system chat no less), as well as make people not have to be griefed by little fighters they don't feel like or aren't armed well enough to kill but still can't be touched by.
