What exactly is Gallic Junker RP?

beyond just pirating outside Gallic house space?

im curious, because a gallic junker just tried to pirate my junker and the main extent of his RP was:
"[06.09.2013 20:40:18] *******: Hmm junker
[06.09.2013 20:40:32] *******: Cut engine please
[06.09.2013 20:41:03] *******: Yes and you're lucky I have not shoot you down yet backstabber
[06.09.2013 20:41:53] *******: You have one chance scum. Give 3 million credits and I will let you go"

and stuff like that.

the wiki doesnt say much about the GJ, so perhaps people could enlighten me?
