We have looked over the terms in which you wish to create peace within the Nation. However, we see no changes to your initial requests and therefore no progress can be made.

The Council of Dons, of course, have their own set of terms. Upon agreement of these terms, the bloodshed will stop and peace within the nation shall be restored. They are as follows:

• The Council of Dons acknowledge that ownership and administration of Corsica belongs to the 101st Ghosts of Razgriz.
  
• The Ghosts claim over Omicron-85 as a system is invalid and therefore would be accessible by all Outcasts.
  
• The importance of the Galicia Research Station is paramount to the interests of the Nacion Maltese and therefore exclusive administration by the Ghosts or any single family is not permissible.
  

The Council of Dons are obliged to offer the Ghosts a seat following the agreement of the above terms.
