No need. If faction leaders indeed want their feedback threads to be clean of flaming, they either give no reason for it or ask for a clean up, but not for a lock. A clean up clears the thread from flaming while leaves it open for the more civilized discussion, making it quite obvious that if somebody wants a lock, he wants no feedback at all. After that, it is up to the community how to handle such an element within itself, a faction not wanting feedback, not mature enough to bear the consequences of their own actions. I expect such faction to lose respect fast.
