Aelita held her hand along the hull of her tank drone, she jumped up onto the top of it and opened a control box. She then went back down and opened the fuel hose and brought it up, slowly refueling the drone. Meanwhile she looked over at the Wraith missiles which were indeed no bigger than battleship missiles; she looked over the racks of Salvation rockets as they were being loaded into the cryogenic freezing chamber. She stood and removed the refueling hose from the tank and put it back. She closed the fuel box then stood next the tanks turrets. She grabbed a helmet and pointed the tank at a solid wall. “Fire one.” She held her arm out and shaped her hand to look like a gun “Pew, pew!” right after she said that the forward gun of the tank fired successfully putting a hole in the wall but also overloading the tanks barrel. She sighed light; something she’ll have to fix at a later date. “Fire R one and R two.” Two rockets left the pods on the side of the tank and hit the wall, only managing to explode and create smaller holes around the main hole. “Fire C.” She watched as the chain gun swung around and started firing on the wall; putting bullet holes in the wall. She made fake shooting sounds out of a bored sigh.

She checked the tanks fuel levels that were still there; finding it above normal percent and leaving it like that. She pulled the helmet off and stepped down off drone, she looked around tiredly, she thought for a moment why she was tired but decided it was not worth her time to think about it. She looked over and stood, heading to the transit system of the Juneau. Getting on the train system this time she headed for the left bio dome of the ship rather than the right one. She waited for a few minutes as she entered the drone bay. She looked at the small factories throwing the drones together bit longer before moving on to the dome. Soon she stepped off the train and walked into the open dome. She was heading for an open building before she stopped and looked at a bird nearby which in turn was looking at the dirt ground for a worm. Aelita smiled slightly at the winged animal before continuing to walk to the building.

She stopped soon after in front of it and held up a keycard and slid it over the holder; the door propped open and she slowly stepped inside. She flicked on the light switch on the building wall and waited as the lights full turned on. Soon after they were she was standing face to face with parts of her and her sister’s old gunship they found years ago. The ship was in rough condition, the engines missing, one of the wing sides gone, no guns, the bridge smashed inwards, and the hull cut open and metal organs spewed onto the floor. It made her feel sick almost seeing the ship her sister and Aelita worked so hard on to keep. She grabbed a blowtorch and walked over to the ship, she was determined to get the ship working again. For a few hours she began to fuse the holds in the ship closed first, using drones to put the parts back into the ship where they belonged.

She then had two of the XXV one’s load the wing up and hold it in place while she welded it back onto the ship slowly which, for a Hathor, took a while to weld the wing fully back on. She looked over as a rack arrived with a few spare basic gunship turrets Aelita had stored in her Juneau’s cargo bay. She took her time removing the burnt and fried wiring from the ship before putting new wiring in. she smiled at the old wiring and for someone like Aelita, she would make the old wires work again. Anyways she began to fit the turrets back onto the ship before opening the hatch on the building for some more room. Two of her crew members saw Aelita sleeping on the ground next to the Hathor. With a small smile from them both, they lowered the Hathor’s cargo bay hatch and quickly but quietly rewired the internal things of the ship. In the bridge they even replaced the chair with something more fitting for Aelita, the control helmet.

As they finished they awoke the girl and showed her the now functioning ship. Aelita smiled at the recorder and showed the tags of both people. The first one was Jackson, a he was the hired gun of Aelita who always was looking for a job but more along the lines found family in the Anax group. The second was Kelly who was a younger pilot Aelita found drifting in space almost dead. Giving a place to rest and recover, Kelly joined the Anax group as a reconist for the group like Jackson. The two walked back to the bridge as Aelita began to recode the Hathor with the help of four Nexus EMP drones; more alone the lines she almost had to rewire again one of the control boxes because one almost fried it. She looked around the building slowly as she finished. The Hathor’s building sealed the dome again and the doors in the building sealed as the drones gathered in the Hathor’s cargo bay. Below the floor opened to space which Aelita flew the ship to once the cargo bay was sealed. She took the ship and slowly moored it to the Juneau’s side; which next to the gunship the liner was moored as well.

She walked into the Juneau once again, stretching lightly. She checked the time as it was around mid-day when she looked. She looked down at the recorder on her vest and though for a bit. She smiled and went down to the cargo bay of the Juneau. She stopped in front of a massive box; she slid the card through slot on the side of the crate and watched as it opened. The lights flashed on inside the crate to show a Red Hessian Very Heavy Fighter sitting next to a Templar. Above the two on the next level was a Kusari Naval Force Very Heavy Fighter and next to it was a Guardian. All four ships were dusty and old. The Kusari fighter was the most dust covered and rusted in some places, it had half of its equipment it used to indeed have, and even a gun was broken in half it looked like.

The Red Hessian fighter was the second most covered in dust but indeed people could see welded holes in the skin of the ship from the day she had to run away from Rheinland. The Templar seemed fine however, it had solid armor, weapons, its two engines, the whole works still there; suddenly however they noticed the smashed glass from what looked like a missile impact. The last ship, a Liberty naval force Guardian was fully together as well, the only thing missing was the spray painted Liberty emblem on the rear end of the fighter. She stepped back and looked at the four for a bit. She turned to her side and let the crate stay open. She looked around her cargo bay and walked to another crate close by, sliding the card into the slot and letting it open. In this one was an Anki freighter; spray painted on the side of the ship was A.R.C which for at the time stood for ARC Command.

She slid close the fighter and freighter crates and went to the bridge soon after and sat on the captain’s chair. She looked over a few files which the recorder could see, she stopped at Arc Command. She opened her mouth and spoke “Arc Command was…well is still the leader of the Anax group…yes it’s another name people give me alone rather than calling me by my real name. Those five ships you saw in the cargo bay were my old ships I used to fly. I keep them locked in those crates because, just because I don’t fly them does not mean I want to get rid of them. The Anki freighter was my…well I can’t remember, too many ships am I right? My five ships were placed in the Juneau’s cargo hold so they could be in a safe and secure…” She looked down slightly and removed the helmet as the information came to an abrupt end. She stood and put the helmet on the captain’s chair before walking and taking the transit to her living area. She put the recorder on the table in the living room and sat on the couch in front of it. “Anyways my five personal ships I keep as memories of what happened in the past, I know I rarely spoke of my time in Kusari I guess, even my time in Bretonia. My time in Liberty was even a ghost story, I rarely speak to anyone save my drones and crew…imagine that, bored enough I’m speaking to things that don’t respond…the drones I mean only of course.”

“I’m a lone wolf due to a lot of things that happened and those friends I do have normally vanish in…days if not weeks…besides my new friend Sam" she smiles lightly “You all also saw how I fell asleep repairing the old Hathor me and…and my sister used have…it used to be ours before my sister died…” she sighed hard “I told people of how my parents died but never of…of how my sister died…We were in Omicron Minor and our patrol wing came under fire…my sister was in her pod and…I rushed her to Toledo…at the time the doctors were unable to do anything for her…so I took my other ship and loaded my sister on it…and…and I ran to liberty…to Manhattan…and I rushed her to the nearest hospital as fast as I could…but…when they took her to medical they only came out about thirty minutes later saying it…it was too late to save her…” she chokes on hear tears. “I was holding her hand the whole way between the two planets, patrol and the systems…I could not let go but…in the hospital I felt so helpless…I went back to Toledo when I spoke to the doctors I was…mentally unfit to even patrol, I was able to train but unable to do any live patrolling even due to the loss my sister.” She looks away and ends the recording suddenly

Soon the recording begins again as she’s wiping her tears away. “After the loss of my sister, my best friend to the Rheinland Army, my crew during the Toledo attack, a ship after an accident of a misplaced warhead and the attack of my step sister on me I really just…became a lone wolf…” she looked up remembering something. “That indeed reminds me of the knights…it only lasted about a week but this…odd group of people called knights attacked me and put me in an odd virus coma that nearly killed me! Then I find out they attacked Toledo with a…Zoner carrier? Really who in the right mind would use a lone capital ship to attack the home of the Order? That’s like trying to put a forest fire out by throwing wood at it. You don’t do that. It was funny to see someone attempt a mass assault on the Order to, which ended with many knights dead and not one dead Order agent. The attack even on the planet lasted say…I don’t know, seven, eight hours? During that time the knights used drop ships, giant robots, tanks, heavy soldiers, light soldiers, drones, jets and lots and lots of bombs.”

“My step sister vanished after that attack however she was on my side after she found out what their leader did to me. I truly think she’s hiding somewhere on Manhattan waiting for the right time to show up again and strike.” Aelita stands slowly and looks around her area. She grabs the recorder and walks to the kitchen, making some food and coffee again, eating slower this time and drinking the coffee even slower. She watch’s time pass slowly as she sits on the couch for a good hour not speaking, her eye switch’s to the odd symbol again. She looks at the recorder and ends the recording soon after.
