That is true. It is the reason why most of us have a Xenos character.

But, on the other hand, this is an RP server, and many of us including myself crow at times, that people and factions RP should change, or diplomacy should change, or somesuch.

Would it be fair to hold the Xenos back in history while the other factions develop, grow and change, for the sake of gameplay?

If so, then I think some things need to change to allow the flourishing of gameplay.

These things cannot be pick-and-mix...
