Corsair and Xeno alliance?

I'm going to step back in here to say that I agree with Neo's point on multiple fronts.

First and formost, please begin to look past the name Xeno. Its as though to suggest that the Outcasts should be bereft allies based on the notion that they've been, well, cast out.

The Xeno's primary goal and function is to disrupt the flow of commerce within Liberty towards aims of restoring a people powered labor based industry, as opposed to the current economy which relies heavily upon software and trade-lane licensing, synthfood deals and prisoner labor.

They receive little support in that venture from the other 'unlawful' factions within Liberty due to strongly opposing goals and ideals.

Moving on the model supplied, to suggest that the Xenos would receive financial and military backing from Libertonian export companies but refuse aid from sources outside Liberty is ridiculous. Libertonian companies are preyed upon as muchso as any other, and serve as the foundation of what the Xenos find deplorable: Liberty selling out Libertonians.

The Xenos receive aid from Libertonian export companies (those same companies providing backing in order to empower the Xeno movement out of desire to chip away at foreign business) because without said aid, they would have nothing.

If an organization, to use the Hogosha as a model, were to come forward with promises of further financial backing, ships, equipment and basic necessities, coupled with a story of being in a similar position of wishing to fend of finding their own nation under the thumb of synth foods, Ageira and so on, with their people slowly phased into base servitude... Well, I find it tricky to believe that the Xenos would turn up their noses based upon differences in accent.

This is a Freelancer Mod, which is super grand. Because it gives us a place in which we might play where the balance of power isn't unduly shifted due to momentary popularity or other such issues (I believe you understand what I mean), however, RP 'understandings' and other such agreements are what allow us to make use of the tools left to our disposal for means of interaction, growth and development of plots and intrigue and further utilizations of the tools left to our disposals by the atmosphere of the community.

This is a subject that could receive much further discussion, but I hope I've made the point I was seeking here.
