As representative of Kishiro on the matter, I would like to nominate my sincere grief for the loss of Munich system. However, as we all have seen in Galileo and Kepler systems, Dark Matter clouds there are a constant threat, however, they were created by an entity and just happened into existence.
I will not deny that our scientific teams have made great progress and done great research in the Munich system, no, however due to the nature of the experiments done, the damage to the system was deemed by our investigation teams as not a result of our doings, rather a misfortune that was unpredictable.
Trust me when I say that the loss of the system was left an impact on both Samura and Kishiro as equipment worthy millions of credits was lost as well as 3 Kishiro scientists, whom gave their lives for the greater good of our houses.
We are willing to give any humanitarian aid that we can, that includes but not limited to: Food, Pharmaceuticals, Human Organs that will be needed for transplantation in those who got ill due to this unfortunate disaster.
You have our hearts with you at this grief time, and our hand to land you aid in a time of trouble, however we will not take a blame for something we are not accountable for. We would, however, be willing to give 10.000.000 credits that would be used for the sole goal to capture the terrorists that were responsible for this attack, have them brought in front court and let justice be done.
