For sure it does. That's the purpose of the IDs on this server (remember, it is a RolePlay server). The IDs are to identify you and connect you to your lore. If you are using a Coalition ID, you are a communist, and essentially are a part of the Sirius Coalition. If you are not a communist, not part of the Sirius Coalition, you don't use the Coalition ID. It's that simple.
