Mr. Reynolds, while you might believe we are oppressive, and that my mesage to warn you is actually a threat, you shouldn't begin insulting the navy. If you are a man that follows the law, that knows the distinction between good and bad, then you'd understand we cannot allow you to disrupt civilian trade lanes to wreck chaos. You have the right to protest all you want, as long as you do not disturb the order we have built, sometime at the cost of our own men.

If needs is to, unfortunately, disable your people, we will do so with no harm to the men and women onboard the vessels, unless attempts at harming our soldiers, in which case, they will be treated as enemies of Liberty.
