Discovery isn't your country. And, AFAIK, there's no house with "freedom" in Sirius

Edited: since faction ID is actually forcing right IFF now, you can try cheating someone only on generic IDs(or those, who don't have IFF, like bretonian privateer). But your target should be one of high roleplaying standarts.
