You can find the JH to New Hampshire somewhere in the top middle of the map in Minnesota, I cannot recall the exact coordinates but somewhere around the D 2 area with a battleship sitting near it. Beware, the NPCs in NH are brutal and spawn very quickly once you get away from the jump hole area, so expect half a dozen gunboats and some cruisers to be after you pretty fast.
