The LCOC saw this licensing system coming. Whether the demonstrations will affect trade is yet to be seen.

However, for greater government interference, there is a corollary: greater government presence. I'm sure once the public accounts committeee in Manhattan examines the expenditure over the coming months, we'll see greater spending on overtime for pilots securing the routes to NY in the surrounding systems - California, Texas and Colorado.

A special investigative committee to monitor the flow of public accounts in light of this new licensing system is being established. Nominations are now being processed.
