Junker Roleplay in light of new Lawful ID

Let me risk stepping on a landmine here and suggest that perhaps these attacks are directed towards the .:j:. instead of the Junkers as a whole.
If we do not like hot the Congress is representing itself as a 'lawful junker powertrading faction', then now that the One-official-per-ID rule has been removed, perhaps someone want to make a strong, proper junker faction and allow the Congress simply fill the niche it so very well wants?

Every quasilawful(read: junker, freelancer, zoner) is target, officials are simply easier to track.

What guarantees that trolls will be gone with the release and rollback? Nothing. Just look at the Bass Hunter case.
Junkers are quasi-lawfuls, NOT unlawfuls. My problem is, they are treated as one, because of that single line in the ID. When you see a quasi-lawful, you scan him, interrogate him, and pop him, if he broke the law? Quasi-lawfuls shold be caught in the act, or hunted by civilian reports. If quasi-lawfuls are treated as unlawfuls, what is the point of the quasi-lawful status? This is the main question NO ONE answered yet.

Question about treatment should be asked to devs, not players.
Instead I ask another one. What's point of quasi-lawful status, if you're acting only as lawful?
